Just my recent experience.
Tewaycell store (Shenzhen Topway New Energy) are another one to avoid.

I purchased 16 x 100ah CATL cells, as usual got the spiel about being grade A etc and they appeared legit.

Cells arrived bloated, no QR code, top labels peeling off and side of every cell showing wear like they have been rubbing on something. Definitely used cells. They all show 3.29v but that doesn’t mean much. Yet to test.

I had planned to buy 64 in total but was hesitant to pull the trigger on that from the get go so got 16 to see if they checked out. There was a big delay due to the flooding on the east coast of Aus and I was getting impatient so I contacted the seller to buy the rest of the cells. She said yeah no worries but due to ‘increase in material cost, the price has gone up’. So in 9 weeks the price went from $32 per cell to $40, that’s a 25% increase. I said no thanks and a day later my cells arrived. Dodged a bullet there.
