Seems like a nice unit for the price and features. Looks like shipping should be under $100 for the continental US.
My favorite part is the name / naming convention, I bet @timselectric agrees ?.
I still wouldn't trade my SRNE for it.

I'm not sure what the name is.
I do see where it says "hybrid" but talks about off grid.
Not sure if it's actually a hybrid.

I don't think there's any real competition for the srne right now. 10kw split phase for 1400 is untouchable.

This one might compete with eg4. I just don't know yet if it's competing with the 6000xp or the 12kw 18kpv.

It can export to the grid which 6000xp can't do, but can it ac couple?

Are there any low cost inverter suppliers that actually stand behind their product?
Not really. At least not consistently.
I don't care about warranty, or customer support.
My system has proven to be reliable. And if I ever do have a problem. $600 replacement, puts me back in business. Without any arguing or red tape.
And zero downtime.

This looks super similar to the Deye 8k i have, inside the wiring cabinet part.
I'll have to take a look at that. Btw, just checked cec and they are listed!

Just another closed communications high voltage inverter.

From the manual:

The PIHY inverters are compatible with AIMS
Power lithium batteries only
(Part #s:
LFP230V96A-M & LFP230V96A-S) and the
lithium charge default setting is for the AIMS
Power batteries. Also compatible with all lead
acid battery types (gel, AGM, open). If you
prefer to use a different lithium battery you
MUST contact AIMS Power tech support to
check compatibility and charging programming.
No exceptions.

BYW, , the Solis S6 has full listing including UL9540 and more power options for similar price range

Curious, Will the Solis work with lead acid and agm?

No on the S6

Trying to use agm / lead acid in long series strings is problematic at best. Also , for 9600 watts your looking at ~240V battery minimum, 80V is just a wake up voltage likely.

The thought is if it will work with lead acid then it should work in open loop with diy lifepo4 packs
