I purchased a Byd minies battery several years ago. It come with a monitoring app called "Byd energy MS" that worked up until about a year ago. I have changed my internet router since so not sure if that is the problem. It is connected to the router via ethernet. Does anyone else have this problem or know of any solutions to fix this?
Also for context I can't contact the place I purchased from as they have gone out of business and the installer doesn't work with byd anymore.
