Change 12V to 24V Victron MPPT

Ok guys I'm here with another question! I just changed my battery bank from 12v to 24v because I just bought a 24v Victron Multi plus II.
I went into my Victron app and changed the setting from 12 to 24v, but it still reads 13.18v on the app and on the charge controller.
But when I put my meter on it. It reads 26.56.
Could it be that the sun went down and the controller has to reconfigure tomorrow when its light out?
Or is there something else I must do?

Disconnect it from batteries and reconnect. It should auto-detect 24v

Does the multimeter read correctly from the battery input of the mppt?

I have 4 batteries connected in a series.

I have a Victron Battery Sense and it is reading the 24v system but the charge controller is not.

Disconnect the PV and the battery from the controller. Wait about 10 seconds then reconnect the battery and check the settings.

lol so the SCC was still just wired to a single battery at 13.3v?

Always good to measure the input voltages at the SCC to verify.
