Anyone figured out how to change time on 6000XP monitor apps

I changed both the GMT times by first going on the computer EG4 monitor site and going to User Center and editing the GMT time, it changes there but not update on the monitor page, also went on the phone app and editing thru its User settings. I can edit and change in both platforms and it saves the changes but it does not update the applications. Not sure if its just me but has anyone else had success changing their time after the initial registration. Thanks, Rick N

So no one has come across this problem? Unfortunately when I set it up initially I had the GMT time an hour behind, now with daylight savings time its 2 hours behind. Just dont understand if I can change and save it in both apps why it doesn't change in the monitor screens.
