Change my mind: Gonna top balance to 3.45V instead of 3.65V

I decided to top balance my cells to 3.45V instead of 3.65V because of the conclusions of this video:

Other advantages: it leaves a larger margin for error and probably leads to greater battery life.

I know 90% of people here go to 3.65V.
So tell me why this is wrong, and I should be charging to 3.65V instead.

Actually no, most of us charge to 3.45v per cell and float it at 3.35v.

Agreed but OP is asking about top balancing, right?

Is that the voltage you are going to charge to? At what tail current are you terminating charge? What will your absorption time be? At what amps will you be charging at? There is an interrelationship between all these factors.
I am not trying to discourage you, just trying to get you to think about your situation.
