After working on my design it keeps getting closer to the updated Classic 400 Watt system, but one question is about how the shore power circuit is disconnected from the system. It seems that cutting off that system would reduce functionality, am missing something?
If I wanted to convert the classic system to have the option for charging via shore power wouldn't that just require connecting the existing AC-DC converter charger in the RV to the system like it is with the current FLA, non solar system that was stock? Where would it connect in the wiring diagram on the classic 400Watt with alternator chart?
I do realize that the existing AC-DC converter charger may need to be replaced with a newer one that will work with LiPO batteries.
