Design help to submit for permit

Hello All
I have been waiting since the first of March as Signature Solar was going to design a system for my off grid house. So far I have purchased 27 used solar panel 250 watts, 2 48 volt 100 ah lifepower4 batteries. 1 Growatt US version of the 5000 es inverter and the growatt 5000 autotrans former. I guess what am asking is how to draw this out for permit in Wyoming.
