Dual Sol-Ark 12K fails on limit to home mode.

Just for kicks, put the CT's by the Sol-ark on the grid line to the main panel. See if limit to home works correctly (should be like limit to load).

If it doesn't work, gives you more ammo to Sol-ark that a circuit might not be working. If it does work, then it might be a CT wire length problem.

Also, try swapping which Sol-ark is the master (CT goes on the master).

Normally 25 meters with good shielded STP CAT6 cable is ok for the CT. Don't run the cable parallel with electrical to avoid interference.

The zero export set to 60W did not fix the problem. I start to think the issue might be with the inverter.
I'd try 100W and if that doesn't work it's definitely another issue. I know 50W/inverter should work correctly.

wait, for deye's and sunsynk's the manual states that the comm cable between the 2 inverter that are being paralleled can't be longer than 2 meter (about 6,5 feet)...
could that be your issue ?
The comm cable between the inverters is less than 2m.
