that is not what they said when he purchased it. Someone lied and fixing the problem later proves the point

I don't have the old version of firmware to test.

I'm not disagreeing with the person. I simply stated that it works with the firmware version that is installed on my unit.

I also had what I would consider a pretty bad experience with 6500EX warranty, but comparing the 6500ex to a SolArk 12k is not exactly fair when a single 12k is about twice as much as 2x 6500EXs.

It is fair because the sol-ark works and does what it says it can do

Why release a product and not confirm that it can work with at least most generators? I am glad you had the funds to get what you needed, most people like myself have to work out other arraignments until we can replace it. I will be going with sol-ark but I will have to wait a couple of months.
