Go Luyuan and with EVE 280 AH if or when you can afford them. You will be happy with the extra capacity over 100 AH as well. Been there done that with 100 AH before DIY Solar got going. Both Luyuan and EVE are very trusted and very few problems. EVE as a reseller is new and their service and products may or may not be accurate and reliable. Docan has had past mixed reviews though recently I have read of good service.
I have also read of so many problems from others taking chances on unknowns, just to try and save a little bit of money or from being impatient or from I don't know, however, my home DIY "24 volt system" has been rock solid, no problems and I knew nothing to start, though I read and researched a lot and also chose items based on the great experiences of others with far more knowledgeable than I have. Luyuan and their service is very good and experienced by many on these forums, as are the EVE 280 AH cells. If you go with the MB31 version, they are still new and not so proven, so they may or many not be problem free. IME, have patience, learn first before you buy, get things that are reliable and recommended by forum members and though maybe cost a bit more (that's a maybe), then you should have a problem free system with a long life. Nothing is worse then trying to understand and repair a problem with a lack of knowledge or money or quality components. You will be hard to go wrong with Victron SCC and Inverter/Charger, EVE 280 cells, JK BMS and Luyuan, plus the proper wire sizes, lugs and fuses.
