Hi, just used this pack now for a few weeks, cells are new Eve 280AH.

Just try to top them up on time that the 48v pack brings 280ah, but no success, on around 3.6V each cell I never reach a close hi to 280AH.

Cells was charged before in a row with a simple 10a charger on 3.6v over days, then stored for 6 weeks before putting in the box and bms.

Difference voltage show up of bms and multimeter I calibrate with the voltage calibration.

Currently the Victron shows up 0,30V more then the pack has.

Do I miss here maybe any point? Store them too long a after calibration and top up?

Which type of eve 280ah cell?

There are at least 3 variants of EVE 280ah cell.
Most Eve LF280K ( with rejected "B" lasered QR code)sold by third party have around 260AH out of 280AH.

Look if the JK BMS has to register a "Full SOC criteria", it will register within seconds of achieving a target voltage.
It doesn't has to do with current as per my knowledge.

Don't keep your cells at 3.6V at no current flowing into them for extended period of time.
If it didn't resets the SOC counter within first few seconds, it means it is not working.

Your batteries are at 100% now. Go into BMS settings and reset it to 100% and 280Ah. Don't store them at 3.6v for 6 weeks - that makes them degrade faster. Discharge them a little down to 3.4V or less.
