Grounding 24v inverter in RV.

Question is: did I ground my inverter correctly or would I be better off not grounding since it's a mobile RV? I have a 24v battery bank and inverter plus 12v system. I grounded everything to frame (12v and 24v charge controllers + 24v inverter). I'm not really sure what it means to be bonded. I'll Google it after submitting this post. But I do appreciate hearing from a human... I was a bit concerned when I connected the AC ground to inverter and noticed a spark...

Can the connecting of the 24v system to the 12v system via the frame (which carries 12v current) be an issue?

You have to follow the manual. As different products are made differently.
It's good that it has an internal N/G bond. Yes, In a mobile installation the frame is grounded to your system. (AC grounding system)
The DC side varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
There is no issue with having both DC systems connected to the frame. As long as they are both connected the same. (Usually negative conductor)
