Have You Registered Your EG4 Battery Warranty?

And some people wonder why I am constantly annoyed with SS.
I don't even know how you found the Link. It is hidden so well it's almost criminal in nature.
They state clearly on the first line of the Warranty that you have to register the battery to get warranty service, then they hide the link to register
Anyway I made a Post about this whole 1 Year warranty BS. it is illegal but of course if you run into a warranty situation and they want to deny the claim they can hold you up in never never land for months until you get a lawyer and fight them.

I was actually using the Signature Solar Website and had no luck finding it.
This whole pretending thing that they are separate companies when it's the same people at the same address is another turn off.

maybe the fact you are looking on the wrong website is the source of your problem here but I may be wrong idk
