Hi all,
I have panels (820W, 14 amps) on cabin roof and would like to run cables inside the cabin for a simple off grid system (mppt, inverter & battery). I will drill a hole through a cabin wall for the cables and I would like to have a connector on the inside wall for easy plugin of the battery system. But I can't decide what connector to use for wall mount.

There are xt90 and sa20 but xt90 doesn't have any protection for dust and water, and sa20 seems a bit tiny for the current but is my first choice. Are there any other options or what do you think, is sa20 enough?

Whatever you choose.....
I would use the female side of a connector attached to the wall. And then plug in the male. The reason is to avoid shock hazard by having male connectors 'sticking out' where you could touch them and get a shock.

Good point. Sa20 does have the lid though. And now that I checked it is female.
