Is a 2 wire start generator the same as a remote start generator?

Were you able to tweak it to auto-start?
Wish I could say yes but problems with my Growatt SPF 6000 T have prevented me from getting that far.
Can’t give a thorough review but I’ve run the generator for 20 to 30 hours- so far so good. Key fob remote is handy although no help in inverter auto start pursuit. Note that out of the box It puts out 244v and 63hz.

John 1. I find myself trying to accomplish pretty much the same thing as you. The only thing I have settled on so far is the Magnum AGS S. I think the cost is around $300 or so. I believe it’s a two wire, remote start set up you program to start the generator when voltage drops to a certain level, and will work (I’m told) on any generator that has an electric start. You can only program the amount of run time in half hour increments. For my Outback inverter I want the inverter status on the generator. I just wish someone smarter than me would tell me which is the best choice. I’ll be using propane.
