Hello all,
I’ve been running the above unit for the past two months with zero issues.
Three days ago, I hooked up their D050S, which allows you to hook up an addition 500 watts under 60v and charges via the
wall outlet input. Well, since then, the unit, being turned off and everything unplugged goes from 100% charged to 36% charged, while off.
This has happened 3 consecutive days in a row now without explanation. The only thing that changed is on the first day this happened, I had hooked up the D050S unit and ran it well under the specs. Any thoughts about this? I have an email into tech supports pending.
the factory settings look fine and I even hit the factory reset button to no change. I’ve also done a complete power cycle but nothing helped.
