Got the relay and contactor combo installed for the dryer and water heater. Lower wattage elements for both and a thermostatic mixing valve. So far, so good!

Donl you have pics of thos relay? Where is it installed?

It's a Supco 90295 General Purpose Fan Relay 240V Coil with the coil connected in parallel with the dryer element.

Edited to add that this dryer relay interrupts the water heater contactor so that both do not run at the same time.
