Lifepo4 voltage drop recently

Those cells usually balance out to decimal 000 or 001
Cell imbalances really only show up when at full (or 0%) state of charge.

In the middle of the capacity range (e.g. from 2% - 98% SOC) it's not likely to show much cell voltage difference.

If there is a sizeable difference in cell voltages when in the middle range then you have a problem. What sort of problem then depends on other things.
 
So on most days when I only charge it to 80% do I need to let it rest after I turn the solar switch or the 60 amp charger off?

No, resting is ONLY required to get a GUESS on what voltage has to say about state of charge. That is the only thing a resting battery will help you with.

There is no reason to turn the solar on or off. When set correctly just let it do its thing.
 
That’s about an hour ago after charging I still haven’t put a load on it yet. It’s just chilling.
