Lithium Battery BMS

I'm planing to build 24V 100Ah Li-ion battery pack using 70pcs 10000mAh power bank batteries 7S 10P, each battery 3.7v, 37wh. I have 2000w inverter 4000w peak.
I'm going to buy 100A continuous bms for this battery system. I have doubt this system will work or not, Please give me your opinion, Thank you. Sorry for bad English.

That should be 10P (first) and 7S
10Ah x 10P = 100Ah
7S x 3.7V = 25.9V

Looks reasonable. What BMS do you have in mind?
Do the cells require they be connected by spot welding?
