Luxpower high voltage model LXP-HB-US 12K

I am trying to find out if the high voltage version of the Luxpower inverter is available in the USA. I have reviewed the spec sheet for the unit.

Model is Luxpower high voltage model LXP-HB-US 12K .

Also, would like information on compatible lithium batteries for closed loop UL9540A and UL9540 with inverter combo.
