Main Service Panel Clearance Question

I am trying to figure out the best place to locate my solar inverter and not violate any codes. Here is the setup:

Panel location.jpg

The sprinkler control box is 15 inches from the main panel and the left wall is 28.5 inches from the other side of the panel.
The clearance around the panel has to be 30 inches wide, but the panel doesn't have to centered in that space. My question is if I put the inverter on the left side and other components on the right side of the panel (eg autotransformer or floor mounted battery), is it possible to run conduit under the panel to connect the pieces of equipment? The conduit would be attached to the wall and it would be passing through that clearance space. If the panel were surface mounted, I don't think this would be a problem.

Yes, that's fine.
As long as it doesn't protrude more than 2" from the face of the panel.
If it's a trough, it can protrude further.
