I figured since I'm specifically looking at solar generators (I don't know if I'm ready to dive into building my own system), I'd ask around here for feedback on support from Maxoak/Bluetti. I backed an EcoFlow R600 Pro since I could withdraw (in several days so the decision clock is ticking) and reports on their reliability and support is concerning. I don't want to get caught without a functioning system (or worse waiting for a delayed one) if the power goes out during fire season. The AC200 is overkill for my needs but it does seems like good value unless I get the courage to try and build what Will is going to push out on his YT channel soon.
Anyone deal with Maxoak have issues? Are they generally on time with their deliveries?
