mppsolar 11kw max and battery rs485 cable

l hope this is the right section, l have a mppsolar 11kw Max, and a allith 10 kw battery model HJ-PW-512200. The information that mpp instructions says to use pylontech comms setting. This is the beginning of frustration, l have made so many cables and none of them work.

Can someone please help.....thank you.

Can you post the manual for each - the inverter and the battery.
maybe we can help you to get these working together.

l have both manuals, also have just been advised the battery must use can.
