In 2007, we decided to purchase an unimproved piece of land to farm on. Bringing in power was expensive, so we decided to go the off-grid route. Forward to 2022. Farm has grown 5-fold. Housing seasonal workers, large walk-in cooler. Added a house and an in-law apartment. Operating 2 off-grid systems ... and running too much generator. Decided to go grid-tie - the seasonal demand of power is too much peak load to make up with off-grid solar. Plan is to change to grid-tied.

Looking for a market for the grid-tied equipment we got installed (minus the solar panels). One is Outback components, one is Schneider SW. And one Bergey XL-1 windturbine. Where would you advertise that? Systems can be seen working right now. Decommissioning around the middle of April. We are in upstate NY, near Albany

Spunds like a great thing you've set up there! Facebook Marketplace and eBay have worked pretty good for me for selling used equipment. This forum has a few for sale forums as well.
