Looks like I need another 48v 100ah battery then and add that to my current 48v (4*100ah) bank, Man those things are so expensive, might be cheaper to just buy another 4 100ah and a battery balancer

I guess 2.2kw of solar should be enough to charge that lot in full sun

Got the product spec sheet for the batteries today, seems 14.6v is what they should charge to

The 14.6 is charging voltage, not the full charge voltage of the battery, which is 13.6. I've seen some spec sheets say 13.4 to 13.6.

Well I figured out the issue, the RV uses a fridge that can run on propane or 120v, it eats about 450w/h, so there's where my 5kw was going each night. Dooh. Time to get an nice efficient 12v one. They run about 90w/h.
