I have a rather new pylontec that does not switch on, neither in the array nor single. It still has 48.5V charge that I can measure inside only as the BMS does not switch on.
When I press the on button there is around 10 green mini LED on the PCB that stay on after releasing the button for 10 second.
I guess the RS"§" monitor also wont do much as it is off but haven't tried it yet.
It looks like it was exposed to humidity.
How about warranty ?
