re 3Phase Electrical System: Y and High Leg together

I visited my brother in law in the big city (Manila); he lives in a mix Industrial, Commercial and Residential neighborhood were 3Phase Y or Delta (3 Transformers) coexists with 3Phase High Leg (2 Transformers).

I traced the posts and wires and both groups of transformers share the same High Voltage power lines (as well as Earth) as shown.
I was confused. How do you get 3phase High Leg, if the source High voltage power are 120⁰ apart from each other?
All the while I thought 3 Phase High Leg is derived from 2 Power lines that are 90⁰ apart.
Or did I trace the wires wrong? I am definitely sure there was only 1 set of High Voltage power lines.





Rectangles = Transformers
Green = Ground/Earth
Black = High Voltage power lines
Red = 3 Phase Industrial (no idea what voltage)
Orange = 3Phase High Leg: 120,120,208V Line to Ground (Neutral), 240V Line to Line.

It all has to do with where the ground connection is on the system. The attached video describes high leg delta setups. Both using three transformers as well as using two transformers
