I have reached out to a few companies trying to get the Megarevo HV Hybrid inverters for the US. One company I have been talking to is Sail Solar (www.sailsolarpv.com) and they seem to be the best price, have constant communication, and are able to answer and provide any documents I have requested so far, but still a little skeptical about some over seas companies and such. Has anyone had any luck with this company?

They're a seller on Alibaba. Does anyone have experience going through Alibaba? From my understanding, Alibaba is like an eBay store for translation but for international products. Is this correct?

Alibaba is sort of like eBay sure
But eBay has a buyer first mentality.
Alibaba has a seller first mentality, search here for the stories on Alibaba deals gone sideways and sellers getting away with anything.

If you're set on the Megavrevo inverter, find one that is rebadged and sold in your area. Warranty is going to be much easier if you have a company in the same country.
