Hi, we currently have two EG4 LL 48VDC batteries connected to an EG4 6000XP and are using it as a battery backup since April this year 2024. We have decided to take the next step to add some solar input. I have 10 (Pre-order) Aptos 440W Bifacial Solar Panels (Black) (Up to 550W with Bifacial Gain) DNA-120-BF10-440W, one more EG4 LL 48 VDC battery (that will give us three total), a IMO DC 4 Pole, 2 String Disconnect Rooftop Isolator Switch (so I can disconnect the array right at the rack), two EG4 BrightMount racks, one BrightMount 13.75 in. Splice Connector/Bonding Jumper Kit, two BrightMount Extension Rail Kit. I am buying my PV cable on Amazon via Will Prowse's recommendation.

I plan to connect 4 panels in series to each of the two MMPTs, voltage should be about 208VDC with 12.88 Amps, generating 2,680 watts per string. The EG4 6000XP has a voltage minimum of 100VDC and 480VDC Max, 4000 watts per pv string.

I would welcome any feedback and advice.
