Single PV feed to dual loads.

I would like to provide PV input to two simutaneous loads. Are there any negative aspects to feeding a SCC and a solar generator at the same time? If necessary I can build a switch into the circuit before energizing (sort of a A/B switch in reverse).

You can't do that. The two MPPT's will fight over control of the circuit. Neither will produce very well. Because they will never lock onto the MPP.

to isolate the one that is not in use I should be able to switch between loads. Would you agree?

It's only rated for 32vdc. Is your solar voltage below that?
