Sol-Ark solar production issue after upgrade

Sol-Ark pushed an update to my 12K last night. Yesterday it was overcast and my system produced ~10kW, today was super clear and sunny and it produced ~4kW. Here are the graphs of the Solar production from the 2 days. It seems like something is up. They are trying to blame the EG4 Communications Hub for curtailing solar production. Upgraded from 6.2.1.6 to 6.2.2.2. Any ideas on why my production would go down so much?

Did you ever resolve this issue? I have a similar situation currently with my Sol-Ark 5K. However, I have no other hardware to blame. Sol-Ark does not have an answer as to what is going on....say the issue must be with the panels. It could be I guess?
