Im looking to build a roof mounted breaker box for my 2 solar arrays. It will also house my 2 Midnight solar SPD's.
I was planning on using the below Phoenix distribution blocks to properly tie in the SPD's before the breakers.
They are rated for 690V and 24A.
I plan on having 8 panels at 43VOC and 13.73A. Totaling 344VOC.
I was considering using these terminal blocks for the ground too, but concerned that if i do receive a lightning strike or surge, the block wouldnt be able to handle it.
Should I stick with a typical ground bar?
Do you see any issues using these terminal blocks?
