Solar Input Issue

I just bought a 4th 24V/200W (Rich) panel for my EcoFlow Pro generator. Everything is fine with 3 panels, but if I plug in the 4th (in series) I get no solar input. I know the new panel is good because I can add that to the trio and it generates fine. Add a fourth, and nothing. I know the generator has a 12 amp max, but I think I should only be around 5 amps at max. I think I got about 2 or 3 amps when I measured.
Am I missing something or do I need to email Tech Support again?

What is the Voc of your panels and max input volts of your SCC?

If volts are too high from 4 in series, it could kill or shut down your SCC.
Wiring in 2S2P would likely be a solution to manage (lower) your array voltage.

Ok, so yeah the generator specs say 11-150V. The panels say 37.6 V max power so I must be creeping right over the limit.
So, is it just as simple as getting a couple of tees to run 2S2P then?

Yes. Hopefully your SCC survived.

Yep, I'm still creating juice..........just need to buy some tees to tie in the 4th panel. Thanks for the help!!!
