Sources for used Li batteries

Are there any other good sources for used batteries? Supply for both is very cyclical, and I just want to follow what is out there.

Buy from Battery Hookup. Battery Clearing House shipped me some batteries and did not provide any wrapping. I literally spent two days straightening the terminals out. and about 10-11 pouches got physically bent. the worse thing is I got an email saying that They only honor their capacity below 80% and not willing to admit that they screwed up in shipping. Never buying from them again. Bad business model.
