Hello,

recently i've changed the loads of my system. From a deep freezer and tv now i'm using two 50w heat lamps and a tv. Battery bank doesn't discharge too much. At about less than 80%. The lowest voltage reading is 25.0 which is almost full. But, what it has changed immediately, is that the batteries need all the absorbing time (in my case 4.15 hours) instead of < 2 hours that previous needed.
SG Electrolyte levels are 1.28+ as it was.

Could this be a degradation of batteries ? But could that be so sudden ?
Maybe the charge controller needs a reset ?

Absorbing is at 29.7v (max for 4.15 hours) according to the manual.

These being Lead Acid based batteries they do need an occasional Equalization Cycle which s critical for their continued health & performance. I got away from Lead years ago but I did an equalize cycle once per month, right after I checked the water levels. Warning, Never Ever do an equalize with low water levels, that will not end well, so always make sure your levels are good first.
