Thought I'd share my experience ordering LF280Ks directly from EVE in China.
They come in crates of 40 cells. So you need to order multiples of 40 I believe.

Between me and a couple of friends we ordered 3 crates.

These were delivered to New Zealand so bear that in mind when looking at costs etc, as shipping costs are higher, taxes are higher etc. Compared to the US.

We paid US $132 per cell (the price has dropped a little bit since then I believe).

They came with aluminium busbars (we should have clarified that before ordering) and stainless bolts.

There were well packed in Plywood crates, with no damage to the crates or cells at all.

The only imperfection I have noticed is a tiny bit of seepage from a couple of the vent holes. (Not sure if this is an issue, but I doubt it).

Post a close up picture.

That 4th picture looks like the foil seal is ripped. Could be the angle or shadow.

Nice order.

How did you contact EVE? It wasn’t via an alibaba link was it?

You can contact them through Alibaba if you'd prefer to use the protection that Alibaba provides. But we did the transaction directly with EVE.

So as to avoid sounding like an EVE salesperson, I'll just say their contact details are all on their website.

Aluminum bus bars are OK, as long as they're sized appropriately. Yours are nice and wide but do look a bit thin though.
Yeh, thats what I'm thinking. Since these cells have the nice big wide, two bolt terminals, there shouldn't be any issues with small contact areas causing hot spots.
I will measure the bars to see what the CSA is, and work out the max current they can handle.
