Hi
I have a short run of less than 2 feet from Inverter to Fuse Panel.

The cable has to make some convoluted turns thru the conduit.

Can I use some spare 6mm PV cable....looks way more flexible...rather than buying in
so 6mm2 AC two core cable?

Thanks
Richard

I really don't see why you cannot do this. PV cable has more insulation on it. will it fit thru the conduit? What will you do for the ground cable?

Is this PV cable copper? and rated for the voltage/temperature?

Hi
Yes PV cable is copper...DC 1500V -40 to +90 C
Will fit as conduit is 25mm.
Have 6mm Green conduit cable for earth.
Thanks
Richard
PS ... have a small piece of 6mm2 AC cable here and the PV looks to have a bigger cross section copper to my eyes.
