Maybe it is a moderator only thing. That is odd.

Nope. Ubuntu with both Firefox and Chromium show no line through the name. No indicator he's banned other than clicking his profile link and it being dead (which is more confusing than indicating the user is banned, IMO).

Should I be allowed to call you names be generally offensive, give downright incorrect advice, promote my youtube channel and continue to do so when requested multiple times to stop?
