I hope the old Epever stuff went to a good home. It's not as good as the Victron stuff, but it's not trash...

One has gone to my son for his 'shed' system to replace a cheap PWM, and the other is waiting for a new home. Great controllers.
Here they are before being replaced with the Victron.

How have you connected the smart sense, 1st battery + and last battery -? Also, does it work with any batteries and not just Victron? I'm looking at getting one. I have the Victron 150/35 cc and 2 x 100ah Lifepo4 batteries in parallel. Thanks.

Yes, connected across the same + and - as the charge controllers. Works fine with my Rolls batteries and should be good with any brand.
