No, but I have error 52 on My Growatt spf 5000 es inverter. I also am in Mexico. Battery did not solve issue. Removing from grid using only panels and battery did not resolve issue. I do not hear thumping . L also have to reset inverter. Hope someone can help us

Thank you. Your information was very insightful. I took new approach. Removed grid service. Seems to function much better. So either on grid feeding grid or totally off grid is the true operations. This pulling from grid as needed results in relay problems. Period. Thank you again

Do not forget to bring in equipment will require custom fees. These can be surprising cost. I have lived here for 14 years and still shocked at cost of fees sometimes.

My experince with grid tie was very disappointing. The amount you are credited for your grid feed is about half of what you pay for kw use. Just my experince.

Does it matter where the consumer gets it? Do you honor products bought from online? Do you charge service calls to check out products?
