Solar Dipping every 10 minutes?

I noticed this today on my truck camper setup, I have 2 x 340W residential panels on the roof and the solar seems to dip about 20-30w every 10 minutes. Panels are hooked to the Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100V 30 amp 12/24-Volt Solar Charge Controller. The outside temp is around 30F, and there are no clouds/obstructions in the sky all day.

Those are MPPT sweeps. It's looking to see if there's more power at lower voltage/higher current.

Even with VRM only logging data every 60 seconds, it often shows up.
