The new "My Sol-Ark" App and Migration to AWS is happening very soon.

Do you have a link to that Webinar? I did not find it on the SolArk listing of Webinars. I did hear that it was delayed for a couple of weeks. My PVPro is still working.
This was the title of it:
AC/DC Evolution: A Closer Look at

Sol-Ark Applications

It was an answer the presentor gave to a question about it from someone in the chat

Today I received an email confirming the transition on May 28. Also a note that historical data will be unavailable until June 28. Maybe it's going to happen this time.

Same here.

I just ckecked and my inverter shows up too! Some data on one screen but no flow data yet. Can't confirm what that data is and whether it is relevant. It looks like a data point from yesterday May 24th.

Seems like they just Migrated over the Plant Info from Powerview.
The Inverter is not really connected to MySolArk.
All my Live and historic Data as well as Settings are still on Powerview. Anyway it's a good start.

Last night I can see accumulated production on mysolark, but about 250kWh are missing. Wondering how microinverter production is reported?

Mine is short too, about 200kWh, I'm assuming it's from the cutoff time.
Well we've still got PV Pro accessable and my little Orange pi/ Solar assistant is purring along until they get it done.

I can only imagine their tech support office today. First thing a meeting to make sure everyone is on the same page, lots of coffee and monster drinks, all players take to their stations, cintch down the safty belt, mouth piece in, goggles and hard hats on...."Throw the breaker, Dave!"

I imagine it more like this, festive party atmosphere...

The gateway for my inverter is shown as offline on solarkcloud.com
I went back to powerview and unlinked the gateway.

Hoping they get it all working soon!

Interesting, MySolArk is now showing all the Data going back from day one up until the 23 May.
I see it under Month, Year and Total graphs. The weird part is that there is no Historical "Daily Data" even going back before the 23 May.
That would be the bulk of data as it is 5 minute samples over a 1 year period.
I still have no live data in MySolArk but it is still working live in Powerview. I still see my Data Powerview.

Did you use the same login information for solarcloud as mysolark? I could not login to solarkcloud.com with the same credentials as mysolark.com.
I use the same login info.
If you see me referring to Powerview or MySolArk it's the Cloud version not the App.

So is mine!
I would not have unlinked Powerview gateway as that means your Inverter is offline on Powerview. They might interpret that as is you unplugged the Dongle and want to Opt out of the Transfer.

They have not moved anybody's inverter streaming data to MySolArk just yet.
They just copied over the Plant Info and the archived Inverter data that is over a year old onto their servers.

I am not able to login to the My Solark App. I followed the instructions that requested people use the same login info as PV Pro to help avoid issues.

Originally I got an error in both the app and webpage when trying to load in. Now I can load in on the app but see no inverter or data.

When I try the webpage I just get greeted with a 404 Page Not Found Error once I enter my login info. This happens even when I search for my solark and navigate there through google.

I just cannot believe how they can eff this up so badly. It should have been absolutely effortless to the end user and taken no more time than a DNS propagation.
