With the 6000XP, 12kPV, and 18kPV models, the MPPT inputs are equipped with reverse polarity protection to prevent damage in case of cross-polarizing the PV inputs. If you are experiencing no PV voltage, follow these steps to determine if the reverse polarity protection is active:
Confirm Array Configuration:
Ensure that the array configuration is within the specifications of the inverter.
