Watchpower says no data available

I use watchpower v1.18 on IOS ipad With 2 eg46500ex. Two days ago when I log in it says No Data on devices tab. The overview doe offer scale and says 2 devices. Is the watchpower server not working or did I screw something up. I use watchpower on 3 devices and they all do the same No Data. I also view stats with dessmonitor and all the data does display.
 
Something must not be working. When I opened my app yesterday, it said the same thing.

Glad I use Solar assistant as my primary monitor.

Same problem here on my android phone. Been like that for 2 days. I can see my solar charge on the overview tab but the device tab is empty. It indicates 2 devices but no data. Hopefully they will get it fixed.
 
@Colormaker can you see if your WatchPower app will allow chaning inverter params?

When I view the Parameter Settings page, I only see “time zone settings” and “wifi module configuration”.

No it appears they have made changes to the app. Before the change I was able to change most of the parameter. Hopefully they are in the progress of doing updates it would be a shame if they permanently removed that option.

Ok, wanted to make sure it wasn’t just me.
 
Is the overview tab working? Mines been blank since the last app update.
 
I'm assuming if you select a specific inverter from the devices tab that you see data?

This is what it used to show... Now it's just a blank page. Same for SmartESS app. Dessmonitor still works but the data report on the site is sporadic since end of March.
 
Any resolution to the WatchPower overview tab being blank? Or have most just switched over to Solar Assistant? My overview tab is still blank after deleting and restarting from scratch.
