6 MWh SRNE ASF48100U200-H 10kw.

Good info.

How are you liking it so far?
Trouble free so far, just like you said. Really haven't put it under any serious load though. I've set it up to power a place that hasn't been built yet. Will report back in several months.

305ah pack values different than the 230ah packs, I'm assuming that's why the 305ah pack % is much lower than the 230ah's.
I found the difference in IR and the difference in Ah Capacity both contributed. 230Ah is only 75% of the capacity of the 304's.
After being so careful to cut every cable exactly the same length, then I played with longer and shorter cables, of different ga. to adjust the balance better.

Something isn't making sense.
I adjusted all 3 BMS to the same voltage settings in the photo below...
I'll keep charging from the grid ? until I hit float and see what happens to soc on each over the next few crappy sun days.
I'll also make sure the shunt is at 100%.

is the 305Ah pack newer? (only 13 Cycles)
It's the newest of all of them but I had reset the cycles count to 0 on all 3 when I set them up.

Edit looked at my notes 200a BMS were reset to 42 cycles and 305a was set to 0.
Cycle count checks out.

Which bms do you have? Jk bms' percent can be wrong until you get it back to either 0% or 100%. Even then it's still not totally accurate. I wouldn't worry too much about it

JBD.
I'm not really worried about it. I'm just annoyed by it.
I'm even more annoyed they are laid out as bottom, top, middle ?
Slowly getting there but I'm only charging ~75a.

Edit - wow they got out of balance not seeing a full charge in a long while.

Only somewhat out of balance. Did you get the bms from battery hookup?

No. The first 2 came from Docan with the 230ah cells, the 3rd 300A came from JBD Ali store.
I reduced charge current to 25a about 20 minutes ago. I'm calling them full and getting back off the grid ?

Another noteworthy item: I have two seperate systems that are within a quarter mile of one another. One victron and one srne clone. Srne system has something like 1100w more pv than the victron setup, but victron out performs it on cloudy days. Here's the results from today, which was heavily cloudy and rainy, with 0 direct sunshine. Screenshot_20231202_161700_Samsung Internet.jpg

Are all of the panels the same age and model / manufacturer? Are they all at the same angle?

Victron has all the same model. Srne has 2 arrays with each being different. If your point is that there are too many variables, then you are correct. I don't think you live very far from me. In fact I think I saw you mention in another post you got your panels from the same place in jersey I did. I'm sure you're seeing the same bad weather I am. I'd be curious to see your max output as a percentage of rated max

As soon as I got SA back online I'll grab some graphs from today. (hope it's just my hot spot).
CLR Solutions?
The weather has been so great I'm charging from the grid again ?

@nickj graphs below are from today and 11-28.Today being the lower production, the fog was thick till late morning then the clouds...
I was getting at the point of array angle having a huge impact in output.
MPPT1 has 305W LG Neons, 6s2p facing south and angled appropriately for winter.
MPPT2 has 315W QCells 9s2p, one 9s string S the other W. Both are roof mounted and poor winter angles.
I'll likely add another MPPT to the system, or use the TP6048, when I get the new pallet of panels mounted and another array up.

You all have it better than I do right now weather wise. I couldn't even tell there was a sun in the sky anywhere for the past week or so.

Can you share details on both set ups? Not for argument sake, just curiosity

What the hell my solar assistant doesn't show individual mppts. How did you do this

I think how many it shows is based on the driver you pick to connect with. I'm using the voltronic, axpert, etc driver.

that's what it says under software version
Iirc that's the latest stable version. You can join the beta, latest version is 2023-11-29.

For the first time ever, with the SRNE, I used SA to flip from utility first back to SBU; didn't even notice the kitchen lights flicker.

I'll have to play around with the automations at some point, there are a pile of options...

can't figure out how to update to beta but I did learn my inverter decided to leave its life of debauchery behind.
