Very odd.im not sure the firmware version, and no its a diy battery no bms comms
Don't panic when you realize the voltages for battery settings are based off 12v... I alerted the Solar Assistant team and they do plan to fix it.Wow! Thank you for that...didn't know I could see all that through Solar Assistant....found it though!!
Nice. I wish I paid more attention in my programming / coding classes...Ya im not using solar assistant, im using ESPHome with modbus comms to see my data but im stiull working on writing the code to get all the registers in there and firmware version isnt implemented yet
P.S. my firmware in the Sungold 10k48 matches your values above FYIDon't panic when you realize the voltages for battery settings are based off 12v... I alerted the Solar Assistant team and they do plan to fix it.

You can see the fw version from the display, page 6 on the bottom right side.

I wonder if it would be easier to use a shunt and pull data for charg / discharge current that way?Ya it certainly helps lol, only problem I'm having is the data doesn't seem to be matching up, for example, no mater what is going on with the inverter whether its day time with 11k sun or night time running from the bank the battery charging modbus address for Amp is always showing 65, which is definitely not right, the battery voltage modbus is accurate but not that one lol, also there doesn't seem to be that I can find a modbus address to tell me what Amps is being discharged from the battery, unless it's that same modbus and it shows negative when discharging and its just not working correctly, I'm not sure, could be my modbus manual is old as well, who knows lol. Also the pv to battery charge modbus address seems to be off as well, I will see up to a 1 kw difference between total solar generation, total load and that charging value, they just don't seem to add up.
Nice! I can confirm, when not running BMS communication, if the batteries go off line the unit will switch to grid if it's available.my inverter has arrived in a port on the other side of the country. Might even have it in a few days. Unfortunately i can currently output only 150 amps with my battery setup. If the battery cuts off via bms, will the unit throw an error code and shut down, or will it switch to grid immediately? Do one of guys mind testing this? the manual states that yes it does "affect the outputs"
I am aware i need more storage and i will have it soon
awesome. thank you once againNice! I can confirm, when not running BMS communication, if the batteries go off line the unit will switch to grid if it's available.
You can also enable overload bypass but I'm not sure this would help. Regardless, 150a should give you over 7kw output at normal 16s operating voltages.

Woo-Hoo!! Congrats!Fedex came in today ?
Will open a thread to not derail yours... when everything gets here...
Thanks to your review... i got mine ... ?

How many battery packs do you have, I assume at least two for 10k? No issues with those envision batteries? Looks like they have more coming in.Random update.
Not much to report. Everything is still working great.
I was amazed how much the angle of the panels has an impact on production after seeing it in real world conditions today... I'd ran the calcs on PVwatts to know it made a difference but it was rewarding seeing the work paying off.
Mppt1 in the attached photos is the S facing ground mount with 3.66kw of used panels angled ~55° (winter angle).
Mppt2 are the roof mounts with 2.83kw facing S and 2.83 facing W.
Never did get to taking it offline to test the N/G bond. I'll add it to list when I shut the coal stove down in a month or so for cleaning.
Those ugly red lines in the graph are testing the generator connection for battery charging if needed and a sad 2 days on the grid while I let the envision cells balance a bit (I'll be sure to top balance the next pack or add an active balancer).
I put an offer in on 20 acres last week, if I don't get it I'll be ordering another SRNE and buying an EUV....
Still beyond thrilled with Some Really Nice Equipment. ?
Electric utility vehicle.EUV?

Electric utility vehicle.

No issues besides I should have top balanced or used a BMS with an active balancer, I see ~0.15mv deviation at the top of the knee that irritates me.
Definitely get an active balancer. Life saver. In my 100ah packs I use a 5a heltek with a a30 voltage relay to start at 3.45v. Andy’s off grid grarage turned me on to the voltage controller. My packs were always Fd up when I had the balancer running all the time or tried only using the passive balancer in the BMS.Electric utility vehicle.

Where did you get those flexible bus bars? Thanks. I'll order a couple.
Issue will be having to take everything back apart to install them...
I knew I should have made the shelf/rack taller and set it to left of the trough instead of under it....
Thanks to whoever it was that ordered from this store before me and verified they were legit.Where did you get those flexible bus bars?
Interesting. Did you order directly through SRNE? I'm guessing that is another distributor that is relabeling.Inverter showed up today. Different model name but everything seems the same. 0 mention of any monitoring software in the manual. Oh well
