AGM Battery wiring question

Hi everyone! I'm thinking of re-wiring my AGM battery setup and wanted opinions if I should bother with it.

I have 6 - 12v x 100ah AGM batteries currently wired as 3 sets of 2 batteries in series for a 24 volt system. Fairly standard.
Works okay but unsure how the middle set is fairing in this setup...if charging is being distributed properly to them. So I was thinking of going to a busbar setup.

Essentially the same I suppose, but my question is, am I just spinning my wheels? Are there any benefits to this change? Any drawbacks?

Middle will lag by 5-10% in the "across" bank orientation.

Bus bars are always the best way, but they are not always practical or necessary.
