If you are looking for batteries on Alibaba stay away from this seller.
Batteries were advertised as EU stock and I have ordered them expecting they will arrive within a week, as usual.
After three weeks when I realized they never arrived I’ve contacted supplier and he told me that batteries are being loaded onto ship….. Then I have figured out that he charged me extra 450$ for shipping also.
I have raised dispute with Alibaba and got shipping fee back. Batteries arrived 2 months later.
Quality is ok, except for shrink wrap. Not something I’m used to since before I was ordering from Docan.
Of course, package didn’t include bus bars as agreed. They sent them via FedEx but they looked like crap, full of scratches, so they ended up in trash and Docan provided real stuff.
My go to for batteries from now on is Docan, I even if price is double than others. My penance for being cheap for few bucks.
