How big of a deal are LFP batteries?

Is the battery chemistry enough to choose the Bluetti over the Titan? I'm not talking about price, just the technology. I know LFP is Will's chemistry of choice but does it tip the scale towards the Bluetti despite the smaller inverter, slower charging rate and in my opinion most important of all, lack of expandability? Again, not talking about price at all. For this discussion please assume the two units are identical in price.

LFP is heavier, more rugged, higher cycle life and is extremely difficult to catch fire.

Opposite of all of the above for NMC and other 3.6-3.7V nominal Lithium chemistry.

Actually NMC isn't that bad. It's the NCA cells in Tesla batteries that are the real torches. NMC/LMO are notably safer than NCA, but they are still not as safe as LFP.
